I went to San Mateo last summer to work with Ixtatan Foundation teaching English. San Mateo is a gorgeous town full of some of the most hard working and inspiring people I've encountered. Teachers at the schools in San Mateo are working hard to provide the best education possible to the students, but they need help in order to provide a more effective education to their eager students.
Join me in supporting real change. Let's support good in the world and make a difference. Help me raise quality of education through Project Based Learning for Mayan students in Guatemala.
The Ixtatán Foundation provides training for teachers in San Mateo Ixtatán in various aspects at the request of the local teachers. This campaign is to support the Seeds of Wisdom School and its 18 teachers in curriculum development, classroom techniques, that will help 285 indigenous students finish high school strong.
